Glenn Hammond Curtiss lead a fascinating life. He not only helped bring the United States into the world of Aviation but he did it in association with the likes of Orville Wright, Wilber Wright, Thomas Scott Baldwin and Alexander Graham Bell. Although he only lived to the age of 52, he is given credit for over 500 inventions and 150 patents.
