Built by CURTISS-BRIGHT COMPANY (circa 1926), this unique house backs on the southwest perimeter of the golf course. This fine example of the Pueblo Revival style efectively simulates the
massive, hand molded look, with stepping and terracing of an authentic pueblo edifice. Building was originally owned by FIRST METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH OF HIALEAH. Members of the HARRY CLARENCE HEQUEMBOURG family
owned and lived in the house from the 1930's to 1979. Placed on the NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES in 1985. Note: An addition designed in the same architectural style of the original building was added in
1985-1986. DESIGNATED MIAMI SPRINGS HISTORIC SITE in 1993.
