Built in 1924 by GLENN CURTISS, this one-story log cabin, called "HIALEAH SHOOTING PARK" served the town as an elementary school (1926-1933). COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES SCHOOL was the
smallest school in the Dade County Public School system. Since 1933, the cabin has had residential use. Hunting Lodge Drive got its name from winding road leading here. DESIGNATED MIAMI SPRINGS HISTORIC SITE IN 1994.
