Built by CURTISS-BRIGHT COMPANY in 1924, this 2-story Pueblo-Mission style house is also one of the original four built in County Club Estates. This was the first of two homes built for
Glenn Curtiss' mother, LUA ANDREWS CURTISS. The north wall of the living room had large windows. Mrs. Curtiss, who was an amateur artist, liked to paint by natural light. The buttress at the front entrance and porte
cochere emphasize the massive look of the Pueblo style. Placed on the NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES in 1985.
